Nausheen Ahmed is a Los Angeles based actress and model of Indian descent.

Born in Southern India (Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh) and raised in Saudi Arabia Nausheen is well rounded with both cultures. She speaks fluent Hindi, Urdu and Hyderabadi Urdu .

Nausheen spent most of her childhood in Saudi Arabia and as a child she always played different characters at her school events. Her family moved from Saudi Arabia for further education to New Jersey, it was a different world for her but she adapted well. She completed her high school and college in New Jersey.

Nausheen holds an undergraduate and graduate degree in Biology and Medical Imaging and is a Registered Vascular Sonographer.

While still in college Nausheen joined the modeling industry in New York and acted in small plays in college to keep her creative imagination going. She was very passionate about her creativity and always found ways to keep it active.

She moved to Los Angeles in search for a job as a Vascular Sonographer but the universe told her that something else was planned for her, within a few weeks and months after her move to Los Angeles she was scouted by an agent in Los Angeles for a role in a short film that left her intrigued about the film/theater industry and decided to take acting classes.Nausheen fell in love with the acting world and made a 180 turn to be a full time actress in Los Angeles. She believes in being a lifelong learner and she continues to exercise her imagination through attending an on-camera audition, film focused, dramatic, character development classes with her coach.

Nausheen is trained and coached by Judith Bouley, CSA, Annie Grindlay and Clay Bank Studios International based in Los Angeles. She has training improv, sketch comedy, theatrical and commercial acting.

Nausheen has a soft corner for wild life and loves animals and hopes to have her own animal rescue.

Besides being an actress she is the owner of Elicium.  Elicium is her makeup and hair studio based in Los Angeles offering beauty workshops and makeup/hairstylist for different events.
